Who sells this
LLM Cutover is run and sold by OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL, a limited company registered in Romania: tax ID (CUI) 48288243, trade register no. J22/1781/2023 (EUID ROONRC.J22/1781/2023), registered office Str. Zorilor nr. 2B, et. 1, Valea Lupului 707410, Iași County, Romania. It is not registered for VAT. Contact: contact@llmcutover.com.
What the service is
LLM Cutover compares a cheaper language model (today Levanto Sage 2) with answers your current model already gave, on samples you paste. It reports agreement, a confidence-routing threshold and a cost projection. It is an estimate from your samples, not a guarantee of how any model will behave in production. Decide on a switch with your own tests. Model names belong to their owners; LLM Cutover is not affiliated with Levanto, Anthropic, OpenAI or Google.
Free audits: up to 25 samples, 5 runs a day, no account. Don’t use the service to process anything you are not allowed to share, or to probe, overload or resell it.
Terms of sale: full audit ($49)
- What you buy. A full-audit pass for one browser: 5 audit runs within 30 days of payment, up to 500 samples per yes/no run or 200 per extraction run, with the list of every sample where the cheaper model disagrees, plus JSON and CSV downloads of each report.
- Price. A single payment of $49 USD. That is the total: no tax is added (OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL is not registered for VAT), and there is no subscription or renewal. Your card issuer may add its own currency-conversion fee.
- Payment. Stripe takes the payment on its own checkout page; we never see your card details. Stripe emails the receipt. Card statements show a descriptor starting with
OPTIMUMTForOPTIMUMTECH FUSION. - Delivery. Straight after payment, on the page Stripe returns you to: the pass is checked with Stripe and saved in that browser. Keep that page’s link to open the pass in another browser.
- Starting at once, and your right to cancel (EU and UK consumers). Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Before checkout you ask us to start the service immediately. If you cancel within 14 days after using part of it, we keep only the share for the runs you used (each run is 1/5 of the price); once all 5 runs are used, the service is fully supplied and the right to cancel ends. Sources: Directive 2011/83/EU, articles 7(3), 14(3) and 16(a); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulations 36 and 36(4).
- Limits. Runs are capped per day across all customers so the service stays up. A run that fails on our side does not count; email us and we add it back or refund it.
- Liability. The report is information to help you test a switch. We are not liable for decisions you make from it, beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
- Law. Romanian law applies, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live as a consumer. EU consumers can also use the EU consumer redress tools.
Refunds
- No runs used: full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying.
- Runs used: within 14 days, a refund of the unused runs (1/5 of the price each).
- It didn’t work: if the full audit fails to run and we can’t fix it, a full refund at any time within 30 days.
Email contact@llmcutover.com from the address on your receipt, with the payment date. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Privacy (GDPR)
The data controller is OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL (details above). Contact for any privacy request: contact@llmcutover.com.
- Your samples. Sent over HTTPS to our API on Cloudflare and, for that run only, to the candidate model provider, Levanto (United States), which returns its answers. We do not write samples or reports to any database or log. The report stays in your browser. Purpose: performing the audit you ask for (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); the transfer to the US is needed for that (art. 49(1)(b)). Don’t paste personal or confidential data.
- Abuse protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is running the free audit, and we count runs per network address (IPv6 /64) for up to a day to apply the free limit. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the free service available (art. 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare also keeps short-lived request logs for security and errors, without your samples.
- Payments. If you buy, Stripe (as processor and, for its own fraud and legal duties, as controller) receives the email, card and billing details you enter on its page. We receive Stripe’s payment record (email, amount, country). We keep it to deliver the pass, handle refunds and meet accounting law; Romanian law requires accounting records for 10 years (art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the thread to answer and for as long as needed for that request.
- In your browser. The full-audit pass is saved in local storage on this site only. No accounts, no ads, no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Processors. Cloudflare (hosting, API, Turnstile, email forwarding), Levanto (candidate model), Stripe (payments).
- Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, by email. You can complain to your data protection authority; in Romania that is ANSPDCP. No automated decisions with legal effect are made about you.
